Just mist - I would be making a fast exit if it was sulphur fumes. In my youth I have climbed the 4048 feet to get to the top. At my delicate age, I go up gracefully, making excuses like stopping to take a picture while I recover my breath.

I share the same thought as Richard, love the misty palms section at the top of the image. TFS!

I don't know here Georgetown is, but I see a tropical environment, very likeable to me and steam of the volcano ready to do something more than steaming, ha!

Very nicely done, Tony! Bravo!

Best regards

Richard - you and I are on the same wavelength and I totally agree. The other thing that appealed to me is the semi-circle lead-in to those coconut trees.

I also liked the 2nd shot and I cropped a piece at the bottom for its presentation here. I can't believe that when i was taking the image that I did not include the top  of those coconut trees in the background. What was I thinking!

All the very best

I am glad you liked this image. Georgetown is a small town (used to be the capital in the past) in the East/Northern side of St.Vincent and the Grenadines. St.Vincent is located in the southern Caribbean and is about 180 miles North of Venezuela South America. The Grenadine islands consist of a chain of islands belonging to St.Vincent and one is particularly famous as the playground of people like Mick Jagger (Rolling Stones) , etc.
