Thanks William! It's probably not a difficult shot if it's a setup with a model but I shot this as a street photo while manual focusing with the camera right above the ground and that make it's a bit difficult since the surfer just walk by and the reflection only last a few seconds when the water recede (before coming up again). I was going to shoot the washed-up surfboard when this fellow walk by and I barely can focus fast enough while keeping the camera dry from the wave that started coming up again.

This image is fresh and lively, with a beautiful color. I like the angle from which you took the picture (probably kneeling). Nice reflection too.

Kind Regards,

Rosario.

Thanks Rosario! Good to hear from you, i was kneeling on the sand but the I hold the camera only 1 inch or so above the sand because the Sony LCD screen can be tilted 90 degree and I can just look down at it to shoot. It's great since as I get older and fatter it's much harder to lay down and get back up. :-)

I really love shooting with the Sony A7R since it got so many pixel which helps the resolution, handle noise real well and produce very sharp image since it does not have the anti aliasing filter (which is on all DSLR and make the image less sharp)

Grazie Mille Giangiorgio!  Glad to hear from you, I have not been shootimg bird much the last couple month since I have a bit of  eye problem (Iritis) . So, I go shoot street photos with my Sony's which has large LCD screen and much better to see than the viewfinder. However, I've just received my Canon 7D Mark II yesterday and I sure will test this new birdshooting camera out soon.  :-)
