I 'm delighted to offer my perspective on this image. When I read the title, I was a little scared :) because there're still places in the world and there're many where women are "a second class" where they stone them to death or clogged with a cloth (burka), sadly. First your image: it's a bit unbalanced to the left, but to be the man in the center gives the whole sense of the idea you want to present.

What can I say? that women have more or less luck, depends on where they are born. Both in Spain and in the USA (your case and mine), woman who is a slave of a man in a psychologically way, it's because they want to be. Above all, women must have access to the world of work to provide them independence. Fortunately, in general men love women :) I've always felt myself a queen in hands of men, and if not, their friendship has not interested me.

There's sexism still in society, but very little. Remember first societies were matriarchal. In my case, I sometimes see this evolution looking at my photos that I enjoy and share with others that by the time of my grandmother would have been unthinkable. And I do not share even a third of what I have, because I still have to break many molds in society. In summary, it's important for women their economic independence, it will give them freedom, much freedom and access to jobs and positions of responsibility.

Men and women need each other, life goes on thanks to this delicate and sweet relationship :) (though, you know that here in Spain, men can marry men, as women can marry women. Personal freedom above all) .

This image presents a topic of deep discussion. In my view, an artwork does not depend exclusively on the technical aspects or the camera we can use (I use an amateur camera, does it mean I can never be able to make an artwork?, Art depends on how much money do we have?). An artwork is a subtle combination of both technical aspects and the feelings we are able to make others feel, when looking at it. It depends on the depth of work, the study we can do. There are many photographers who manage to perfection the technical aspect of the camera, but the content is empty ... or once they have the digital negative, they do not know what to do with it. It's not only the best photographer who does it all with the click, in my opinion. Today, in the digital age, definitely: "no", they're not the best. There're many things to be taken into account.

The stool is reserved for someone, or simply banned! See that line like a belt? I think that the one who is more tired should sit on the only stool (I wanted to say chair)! That's real equality and what you are suggesting, mi querido amigo is gallantry, chivalry and belongs to the medieval times!
