it's a wonderful picture, and something that can certainly be explored further (public fountain portraiture).

she's got a very naughty look on her face too, I'm sure those dear old ladies in the background aren't approving :-)

i like  it however would even be more interesting if the 2 women in the back ground were more in focus then it would have more of a story.. now its just another pretty face.. just my opinion
