Your B & W images seem to have leaped forward in terms of quality and processing! 
I love the detail and sense of life in this image, and I find the shadows in the foreground particularly appealing.

Real nice street composition,the DOF is very clear, and the details are well seen from the FG till the end. Has to be seen large! . Nice as well is the B/W treatment .

Superb Michael! Just a terrific street shot with a marvelous effect produced from your processing. Unless I'm mistaken, this is downtown in or near the Financial District from the looks of it.

I sometimes think it's best to take an ambush on a place like this one and to let the camera shoot periodically or better to sit aside and take pictures with a wireless remote! And put something like a parrot on your head in order to be the point of attraction instead of the camera thus avoiding gazing in the camera by the people you take pictures of!
