The last bastion of protection before we are completely overrun by the forces of the night. I like the stronger, more abstract qualities of this picture, Lannie. Things look different at night. (I remember using that as a title for one of my pictures but it fits almost all night shots.)

"Things look different at night."  That's it, Jack.  That is why we shoot at night.

 

Thank you for appreciating this crop.  All three versions shown here came from the same file, but I liked this one better myself.
