Gerald Cafferty 83,277 Posted October 13, 2014 This was taken in the days of film when I was trying to photograph all the named Stone Crosses on the North York Moors. I unfortunately lost interest at 23 with another 10 to go. Lilla Cross is one of the oldest and most complete (now most are just stumps with the cross piece long gone). It is my favourite, but I have not visited it in along time (my knees are not what they were). All comments are welcome. Link to comment
alfbailey 1 Posted October 13, 2014 Great mood and atmosphere, the austere moors have a vibrancy and life of their own that you have captured here very well. I think you should document the other 10, it's a very worthwhile project! Best Regards Alf Link to comment
