Mike M, Jack, AJ, Patsy, Michael S, Nill and Larry - both your visits nd comments are highly appreciated.  I was alone for most of the time and then I had a brief visit from another Photo.net photographer. He says that he will drop me a note when he has his images up and I am sure he will have some good ones. 

 

For what it is worth, I shot it with my d300 and my Nikkor 70-300mm. I read somewhere that I should try to keep that lens to 240mm or below for optimal results even though I will extend it if I find it is necessary.
