Nice colors and exposure time ... but the blown sky is much too bright and very distracting and the primary attraction point for a viewer.  Perhaps other compositions that didn't involve the sky would have produced a more pleasing composition?  Thanks for sharing ...

I feel that the exposure is too long, as the left side of the falls is complete milk.  Something less than a second may have worked better.  Too bad about the washed out sky.  Everything else looks very nice.
