Elstad 3 Posted October 1, 2014 O the Look... The look of a woman that could hurt you... Nice Moody Image Mr. David... Great Light!-r- Link to comment
owen_omeara 1 Posted October 1, 2014 Simply beautiful my friend. The facial capture is wonderful and there is an incredible sense of balance here that may have something to do with the placement of the two bracelets. Bravo mate. -O Link to comment
bronx 0 Posted October 1, 2014 The pose works very well with the expression, the shadows of her hair adds a lot for me. Not sure about the green spot, but it doesn't bother my eyes... but would have fixed. Beautiful photo. Link to comment
wink_photo 0 Posted October 1, 2014 David. Great nude portrait. I concur with everyone that her expression and pose are wonderful. As the necklace indicates, sexy! I agree with David N. and would fix the green spot. Dana... Link to comment
gsphotoguy 2 Posted October 2, 2014 I like her pose and how your always terrific lighting works with it. Her jewelry works well along with the placement of her falling hair. Her gaze out of the frame does add a wonderful sense of mystery. The green dot (lens flare?) is, on its own, a little distracting. It in color doesn't work for me. I do like the photograph in general. Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted October 2, 2014 Raymond, Surely no woman would ever hurt anyone! Owen, The placement of the bracelets had nothing to do with me. I just snapped it. She was a delight to work with. David, I wasn't too sure about the shadows. The more I look at it the more I like them. Knowing others like them too is encouraging. I here what you say about the green spot. There are actually 2 green spots. The second one is a lot more subtle. Yes! They would have been easy to fix. I decided to leave them in. Judging by your remark and the remarks of others, maybe I should have fixed them but strangely, I like them. Dana, I was hoping someone would comment on the necklace. I am glad it was you. In regard to the green spot(s), please see my reply to David above. Mark, I can't argue. Why did I leave the spots in colour? Well! They don't look right in colour. They certainly don't look right in black and white. As I have said, I like them but I can understand why others do not. Thanks everyone. I am encouraged that you have taken the time. Link to comment
Jeff Filler 1 Posted October 5, 2014 Great shot, David! I think if it was my photo I'd just PS the green dot out of existence ... already it has received way too much attention. Again, kudos. Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted October 5, 2014 Yes! Sometimes it is better to get negative feedback than no feedback whatsoever. I take your point. Thanks. Link to comment
