Morning surprise!

The owner got some surprise when checking out his boat in the

morning.Turned out that a small plug had caved in and the slow fill

took the boat to the bottom.;Thank you for your comment-Laurent

May happen...I had this dramatic situation many years ago in Cape Town with a big trawler ship...fortunately I was "only" the chief-mate, not the captain, but it was a very serious situation...Funny: In this photo the name of the boat is very adequate also...Best regards my friend!

A sad event it was.The salvage operation was very interesting,rendered relatively easy due to the size of the small boat.The boat was subsequently refurbished and is to this date in full service on lobster and herring fishing.Thank you for the competent comment my friend.
