A very good shot indeed. At first I thought I was looking at a snow scene with frozen bushes.  That is a very good exposure with no featureless black shadows or blocked highlights.

Very nicely done, Allan.  I like this a lot.  Nice composition.  I have a somewhat similar photo from Florida in my Buildings and Structures category that you might enjoy.  Water and anything related is always a favorite subject for me.
