Not to every one to have a subject like this, didn't need words just admire,do not know what happened with this baby seal after, but the image caught is very good.

These young ones were either born or driven ashore as there was no ice cap offshore when birthtime came.The mothers abandoned them as they had to be at sea to fish/survive but could not/did not return to feed them;most got weak and a lot of them,especially the very young white pups as this one,died from hunger and exposure to the hot sun.Sad!

This baby seal stranded on the frozen beach had that sad look in its

eyes as if knowing its mother could not come to its rescue.Thank you
