Thank you so much.Actually,there was minimal PP(my skills you know) on this one and I include the original for your perusal;I timed this one on a high gust of wind to optimize the drama.

When I was looking at this image originally I was thinking there was a "grain effect" but now I see, and by your description know, that this is the blowing of particles.  Very nicely done and good on you for waiting for the right moment.  Good creativity and eye.  Congrats again.
