This is indeed a huge one,don't know if is good to eat or not but if yes this will be good for few persons I think.I have a friend who I usually walk on the hills and he knows very well all this kind of mushrooms,me personally I eat only from market.

This was an interesting discovery for me.I gave it to my 85-year old friend and neighbour who immediately went home with the intention of having it for his supper;I saw him walking around the next morning,so I must deduct that it was not poisonous. As you say,nature has always a way to surprise us with its amazing diversity.Hope you have a nice autumn,my friend.

I found one of my two years ago photo with this white mushroom(is call here deer leg) and knows in English like parasol mushroom (Macrolepiota procera),is a very tasty one make it breadcrumb.This one has roughly 25cm diameter.But as I said usually I find and he knows if is ok and eat it ,not me.
