A very nice portrait,eyes especially,I like all the time how you use the light and worked in bw with soft grey tones deserves too compliments my friend.

In my opinion this would benefit from burning the shirt (darkening not fire) and dodging the face. I find the highlights on the shirt pulling my eyes away from the face.
