The only issue I see (and it's a small one) is the loss of highlight detail on the railing. Great image that creates a powerful mood. Excellent choice of toning.

I love the clarity of the white rail and the foreground planks in terms of, both, tonal value and focus. Well seen and well presented.

A classic, along the best practices of old school classical BW photography. Wonderful mood, and equally adroit management of lighting. As mentioned above, the white railing has a very special quality, contrasting with the underexposed (in a most positive way) tower at the end, blurry against sharpness, rendering a masterfully balanced image. Well done.
