beautiful marvelous Ferdinand. A grand old boy to be sure. I'm glad there ain't no ring defacing his fine platinum nose Linda. Although you made this a portrait you still manage to place a sense of scale in the shot. I like this. If I'd been there I'd to get into a staring contest with the big fella.

Carlos, actually he was a big coward. He turned tail and ran like Satan was after him when I got too close.

Ran like a coward! I am shocked! Maybe he saw what happened to another bull when a human approached. Fine shot! When combined with the barbed wire and the menacing look, it certainly gives a different image to the viewer. 

He certainly fills the landscape.  Thank God that barbed wire keeps him from stampeding forward and crushing my keyboard.  I like the crisp capture of the grass as well.

I'm back to look at this one again because I just love him! I don't really know how to read his language - was he curious or letting you know he was boss of his territory? He doesn't really seem to be threatening. How far away were you? I love his sweet face. Thanks again for sharing. :)
