Wow, I'd love to have this opportunity.  The focus is a tad soft but then this is a reduced resolution image.  I'm sure the original is better and/or could be sharpened some.  Regardless, well captured... Mike

Ok, it's your fault for asking for suggestions ;-). I had a few minutes and this image passed by while scrolling, so I decided to give it a go. I'm a visual person so I've attached an example of my changes. I first did a color correction (seems a tad yellow), then sharpened and cropped, and used some selective dodging and burning to bring out the shadows at the eyes, and finally some curves adjustments. Not saying it's any better, just my take on it. As I said before, regardless of change it's a catch to be proud of... Mike
