Generally it is not a problem to crop a bit off a body part.  But in this instance cutting off the tail and then leaving a large open space in front doesn't work.

Richard, Another beautiful piece of work here. I love to look at the prominent bubbly-like hood encasing its head and matte scaled body. The best of all, it is floating. Best regards!!!

Hi Richard,

  I just came across this nice image. As an aquarist I'm always interested and intrigued by all things aquatic. In this case I like how you've processed the image of this red-cap goldfish. It has a sort of angelic aura. A beautiful specimen, and a fine image.

A photoshopped white tassel (I know you can do it) on top of the red cap would turn this into a Christmas themed offering. :-)  Good time of year to try it.  Best, Len.
