Apurva Madia 0 Posted August 29, 2014 A snow clad Central Park this February with bitter cold and chilly winds. This saxophone artist was engrossed in his beautiful music. Comments and ratings most welcome. Thanks for your time! Link to comment
richard hans 0 Posted September 6, 2014 Apurva, fabulous street portrait, like the amazing expression & attitude, great details, contrast, DOF, light and perfect composition. I can almost hear the nice song in this moment...! Best regards 6! Link to comment
LenMarriott 9 Posted September 7, 2014 This guy's a real trooper, out there in the cold with a sax. He must be a pro since he's playing with gloves on, likely a challenging task for an amateur. I agree, good street shot, very nicely exposed for your subject, a factor often left wanting in others' similar posts containing bright white backgrounds. I do part company with your choice of framing though. In my humble opinion a vertical framing would have been the superior image. However, I wasn't there. :-( Always a treat to see your latest. Best, LM. Link to comment
joaodebarros 1 Posted November 8, 2015 It's hard to play a blow instrument outside and with that cold!! Saying that, this man is for sure a good musician: he plays a "Selmer" (the best in the world in my opinion) tenor saxophone with gloves! Nice photo Apurva! Link to comment
