Hitchcock Fall, NH

We hiked past Hitchcock Falls last week in broad daylight and without

a tripod etc. This image is a stack of seven images, aligned and

blended using Dr.Brown's stack-a-matic in the mean blend mode. Each

frame was exposed for 1/10 s and I stabilized the camera on a rock,

while shooting at 9 fps.

Beautiful composition and great lighting. Love the slow shutter speed effect. Congrats.

getting the long exposure effect was not too difficult. In-camera IS helped with the 1/10th exposure, the 9 fps helped with keeping the images aligned, and Adobe did a good job aligning the frames.
