Great capture of his persona. I would vote to crop just to the right of light blue horizontal object so that the clutter on the left doesn't distract us from the main subject.

The exposure and the sharpness on the subject are quite good.

The large amount of negative space in the middle, plus the totally unconnected element on the far left are not adding to this image. I would crop it so it is about the person, sort of like a casual portrait type.

On closer look, the lighting on the subject face doesn't constitute good portraiture lighting. Most of the face is in shadow with the nose catching a glimpse of light.
