Simple but very effective. I love how you've framed this with the two nearest pillars, it really draws you in and allows no other viewpoint. Needed the detail under the pier, so good processing as well. Great shot

I totally agree that the use of the closest pillars to frame the rest of the scene is quite effective.  I also agree that the detail on the shoreline adds a realistic element while the sea and the sky appear somewhat surreal.  Quite honestly, I do find the thick black frame a bit heavy-handed.  Yet the image overall is well seen and well crafted.

I have to agree with everyone. The closest piers make for a good framing within themselves. It's a good one point perspective as well. I like the inclusion of the small rocks
