I really like the background light and colors.  And I like the leading lines through the valley.  This place appears to have huge potential.  But the overall image does not seem sharp to me, and the shadowed areas seem dull.  I often try to locate the focus point in a photo, but I can't easily find one here. 

David,  Excellent detail.  The curved lines work well to lead the eye down and back to the wonderful light in the top of the peak and the sky and clouds.  We talk about going to Hawaii, but haven't done so.  Perhaps your image will be motivating.  Larry
