The mortar in the bricks provide subtle lead-in lines to your model.  It appears that you reduced the redness of the bricks so as not to compete with her red hair--a smart move since all the red attention goes right to her hair.  The green in the background could be a bit strong but her eye color quickly brings my eyes back to her face.  The overall impact of this image is very good.  The only thing I suggest is a little retouching on the whites of her eyes and increasing the color in the iris a bit.  Regardless, your mage is fine, as is.  Nice job.

You right about the eyes. I did only a bit sharpening, I will correct it.

The bricks and the green I did a bit desaturate. and I blur the bricks.
