'Hybrid Bio-Nanotech Traveler'

This is my interpretation of something that may very well come to be

within the next two or three decades. It loosely represents an

asteroid that has been internally mined for valuable ores, to offset

most of the cost, and then equipped with the systems required for a

long-duration exploratory mission in deep space. Some of those

systems may employ some combination of nanotech and/or biotech.
