The complementary cyan and red catch the eye.  I like the way the colors affect each other - the reflection of the red cube on the wall and floor, the red light reflecting off her legs, and the reflection off her legs lightening the red.  Her dress combines the other colors in the scene, so it blends well.  This has a clean, almost minimalist look to it, and I thought that cropping the window on the right might make it even more so.  But in visualizing that change, I think the window adds an important element, one that balances the composition as well as letting the viewer know where the light is coming from.

I like how the colours work together, the light on the model and the pensive pose.

I would crop the window out and maybe go for a square crop.

Thank you both Mark and Andres. Late evening sunlight coming trough the window, I thought it was a nice change of view to include the window.

The red is powerful, reflecting here and there and warming things up.  It's a clean capture.  The crisp lines provide a nice contrast to the informality of your model.
