America in 1870 the word cowboy was a derogatory term, meaning

out law. Soon many Americans found these people to be hard

working, supplying food to every part of the country and assisting

travelers who want to go west. Very quickly they were respected and

admired.

To my eye you have two maybe three shots in this.  As it stands it is too busy and lacks any real subject.  Could go with a bit of warming as well.
