_bb 0 Posted July 19, 2014 crop from left side, to the square.sometime, to say less is more. and this way it will work more with connotation and viewers knowledge. BB Link to comment
cityshapes 0 Posted July 19, 2014 I like the crop as it is... wish there was a bit more of the street though. Lots of elements of a great street shot regardless. Link to comment
Jack McRitchie 150 Posted July 19, 2014 For some reason this reminds me of a circus sideshow, perhaps more accurate than we care to consider. Link to comment
Wouter Willemse 851 Posted July 20, 2014 The title says it all, doesn't it?I like the organised randomness (or random organisation) there seems to be in this image. All people looking in different directions, like unconnected dots on a large map. The tonality is just right to give it a graphic appeal. In a strange way, for me it connects to Warhol, though that might be as much auto-suggestion as anything else - effective nonetheless.I wouldn't change this photo. It needs the silly blank space in the middle, it doesn't need feet. Maybe a much larger (printed) version, but as it is, there is enough going on to make this a very enjoyable photo to interact with. Guest Guest Posted July 21, 2014 A very fitting tribute. The disrupted name of Warhol, the people seemingly randomly there but almost as if posed by a stage director is also very appropriate. I'd also leave it just as it is. It's got that Warhol energy that is kind of droll. Link to comment
human images 4 Posted July 26, 2014 off the beaten path Gunnar. I love the Nicholson look alike dude standing by Elisabeth --- fits just right with quirky spirit of the comp! Link to comment
limajunior 8 Posted August 28, 2014 Nice RHOL-WA result ... for 15 minutes. I congratulate you for this composition with strong visual appeal. Certainly, Wandy would like this work. Very well done. Roldao Link to comment
