Over sharpening made only a halo effect and spoiled the texture of the face, Jorge! My advice is never sharpen pictures! Although I do, ha! But no halo effect on my pictures, the camera has some reserves, who knows!

Great informal portrait of a man who instills confidence simply through a photo of him.  To invoke the critique portion of this comment I'd suggest that it is a tad over sharpened.  (see halo where high contrast lines appear)  No deal breaker though as it's likely easily remedied on another pass of the original file through Photoshop.  Best, LM.
