Thank you president Bush ,it is all because of your lies with your

tail Mr Blair and his forgery to occupy Iraq, and brought the most

corruptible government and people to be on power on Iraq .

Hello my all friends, first I am fine so as all my family ,I would like

to thank you for standing for me ,all of you ,so much appreciated to

know that I am not alone especially my friend Meir Samuel who wrote

for me several times .

You do remember this image (link) posted two years ago ,it is all

about my life and the future of my son Ali ,in short he got 92.3 from

100 in the last class before going to collage ,this score could him

choose any college he want ,but because of the corruption in Iraq,in

every field political ,social, and economic ,the exam question is sold

to certain group of people based on religious ground ,and the result

of this is that there are a very high score in certain cities of Iraq

where all the government families lives,so my son Ali could not

compete with them for the pharmacy college which in normal

circumstances accepts a score average of 85.so my Ali went to an

pharmacy institute where if he got a score of the first ten ,he would

automatically be accepted in pharmacy college ,he spent two years of

his life studying very hard for this ,and he did it ,but only at the

third lesson exam ,Mosul falls in the hands of revolutionary Jihad

people ,and I am afraid Ali would lost all of his future ,he was not

alone in this ,there are some 150 000 students, the sons of some 15

million person living in the areas lost from the corruptible

government and army .

The image is from my living quarter ,Al Araby ,where there are some 51

side roads leading to the main street ,the army have blocked all of

them but one ,my house is the first one on the left just behind the wall .

As an American I am shamed by my government's total lack of understanding of the realities of life in other countries. We rush in as if our actions had no consequences for the ordinary people who live there and turn a blind eye towards the corruption of those we place in power. The joke is that all of this is done in the name of democracy. It's one of the great deceptions of our times. This is no stand on principle or something done to benefit the common man, it is simply the projection of power by the powerful. No one bothers to ask the ordinary Iraqi or Afghani if they wish us to be there. Nor do we take into account the hardships and destruction that inevitably fall on those who are most vulnerable and least able to deal with it. Those who are in power in my country seem unable or unwilling to learn any lessons from the repercussions of their actions. I wish I could apologize for their ignorance but it would do no good. All I can do is to send you my prayers and the hope that this, too, will pass. Best wishes, Jack

ps: Since this is a photography site, I should say something about the photo as well. While looking through the thumbnails of those photographers I follow, your picture stood out strongly. It is simple, eloquent and done with great technical skill.

You must know that now in Mosul under air raids by our own government ,some one and three quarters of peaceful civilians have immigrated their own houses ,the city (population 3 millions) have no electrical power ,half of it is complaining of drinking water supply cut ,the government have cut the salaries of the civilian ,in short surviving with the taste of slow death.

Thank you so much ,but I am afraid your voice have reached only me ,thank you again for standing with oppressed people .

Saad.
