2014 Open Door

It's a really nice picture, Chuck. I have to confess that my first renegade thought that she was dancing out of an outhouse. Terrible the way my brain works, always mixing up the sublime and the ridiculous, the divine and the crasslycrude.

It's actually a small building that houses the elevator equipment.

 

Tremendous dynamic range of tones.  She is illustrating the excellent form of an experienced dancer on a stage that does not fit her grace---so what's new--another mind twist for the stuff of dreams!  I like almost everything about this image except the thing on her right eyelid.  If this is a permanent thing I apologize in advance--if it is a goof in post, you can fix it.  Good job.

Despite the spot on your sensor, this is still a beautiful contrast. It is almost 'Beauty and the Beast' (of the City). Your images always fascinate and challenge my imagination Chuck.
