Don't you know?  Royals would never acknowledge contact with scum ;-).  Excellent shot and he seems to be aware and posing... Mike

Your success in life largely depends on how strong your sense of adventure is.  How strong is your sense of adventure?  It's been said that you'll likely have to kiss a lot of frogs (with or without pond scum on their lips) before you find your prince.  Only you ladies can say for sure if that's true.  As for the prince in the pond, well he went there to meet his princess only to placed under a spell by an evil witch.  Guys are so easily fooled!  :-)  Thanks for your visit.  Best, LM.

Hi Len,

I think you have captured the attitude of this frog.  Wonderful image with great colors, details & title.    Take care, Patsy

Superb Clarity and I do like the humorous element of the image.  Such a great looking character with the expression of "oh sh*t I've been caught licking scum again" on his face

Love it!

Best Regards

Great shot Len, I couldn't agree more with Alfs comment. Very good clarity and a great and funny title. I was took a shot of a tomato frog that's on my page and this reminds me of that, except the color. Thanks for sharing this fine image.

Best Always,

Holger

I prowled the swamp area while my wife prowled the nearby Garden Center.  We both came away winners.  :-)  Thanks for your visit.  Best, LM.

I heard him croaking long before I spotted him.  It's amazing how well camouflaged they are even when sitting right out in the open.  This one was only about 10 ft. from me.  (it's a 100% crop from a 16mpx file)  The humour of it seemed to come from it's innocent looking expression.  Like a kid with pilfered cake icing on it's face.  Thanks for taking the time.  Your visits are always appreciated.  Best, LM.

You mean this one?  Yah, there is definitely a resemblance.  Gee, I wonder why they are called 'Tomato Frogs'?  :-)  Thanks for your visit & the sharing of experiences.  Best, LM.

I would kiss the guy on the picture I'm uploading, even if his not a prince and won't marry me, ha!

Best regards, Len!

You've made him more presentable & have improved his chances (for a kiss).  :-)  Gotta love Photoshop!  Thanks for your input.  Best, LM.

Brilliant color and sharp detail.

This frog is lucky to be alive as his legs look very meaty and delectable!  LOL
