Critiquing an image implies pointing out what is right or wrong with it.  Content that veers toward the surreal is not so easy to judge and find common ground with viewers---you like it, you don't, it grows on you, you like it for what it is.  A blast of cold night air from behind and the blast of a nuclear explosion from the front.  I don't know whether to laugh or run for cover!  For me, this succeeds as an art piece because it gives my mind a twist--a mental wedgie, if you will.
