great distance you are from kittie to create an effective dof, Laurent. and the parallel grooved window and design on the table, the parallel between kittie's green/yellow eye and the flowers behind her/him, the copper color inner ear against the bonze colored wall... all colors contrasted with bw. a simple adorable portrait, not to be underestimated for its complex elements and composition. luv the black dot on the nose ;-} dp

This is Tapounne,our aged girl cat;here she is in a favorite spot where she can gaze at the exterior.As she is not so agile anymore,we leave a chair near the table as a stepping platform to the tabletop.She was good and alert this morning and I wanted to seize her with her typical cross paws pose.The composition I tweaked in PP.....the black spot on the nose is hers.Thank you my friend for viewing and for the kind appreciation.
