M_Lipakis 3 Posted June 26, 2014 A quite harmonic composition. I especially enjoy the "marriage" of the straight lines with the curves to the right. Keep on shooting. Link to comment
wolfgangarnold 142 Posted June 26, 2014 Agree to Michail - I like the constrast in forms of straight lines vs. ondulating stairs. The feet leaving the photo add dynamic.many thanks for all your recent comments! I highly appreciate them as they are obviously from someone with a "photographic eye" Link to comment
charo 3 Posted June 27, 2014 Hello Barbara. I do not know exactly what I like in this picture, but it seems interesting to me. Perhaps the lines here (not only the straight ones) but the curved lines in the upper right corner are interesting too, and they give balance to the composition. I also like the feeling of movement and of course, to add the human touch, the person who is walking away from the camera.Regards,Rosario. Link to comment
stephanie_c1 1 Posted June 27, 2014 one of those rare moments when breaking the rules makes sense and the image just falls together.. more like street art photography Link to comment
trisha jean-angela 5 Posted June 27, 2014 I love the sense of drama played out here; there's a mystery and I want to know more! Very well done. Thank you for sharing. :) Link to comment
michaellinder 16,611 Posted June 27, 2014 Brilliantly conceived and executed, Barbara. This image is perfect for B&W. I too am fascinated by the intersections of curving and diagonal lines. Link to comment
