morophaenixmau 17 Posted June 21, 2014 Surreale o meglio ironico e paradossale!!! O meglio ancora...PROVOCATORIO!!! And this is a good example! I like the symbolism here. Nice work!Regards,Rosario. Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 264 Posted June 21, 2014 Thank you Museeb, Does your remark mean that it isn't surreal or the charity is reality? PDE Link to comment

michaellinder 16,611 Posted June 22, 2014 This image is another skillful and dramatic commentary on the role of an "ordinary" human being in a commercialized and mechanized society. He stands no chance whatsoever against the huge machine that is raping the land for gold. And the the term "machine" can be construed both literally and symbolically. All he can do is protest by waving his arm. Despite your title, the man is not necessarily looking for charity - just a living wage and the dignity that comes with it. And all of this against a beautiful and bright blue sky. My best always, michael Link to comment
museebfoto 2 Posted June 22, 2014 Pierre... I mean, it reflect the bitter reality for this paradoxical world. Millions of people do not own a dining for one day and few others need trucks to transport their money. Great idea behind this surreal work. Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 264 Posted June 22, 2014 Thank you Vlad, Although I don't think I quite understood what is that what you wanted to say! Cheers to that PDE Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 264 Posted June 22, 2014 Thank you Michael, Your gloss of the meaning of this picture is most precisely expressed, as always! You almost neglected the title and commented the picture, I appreciate it very much! Cheers to that PDE Link to comment

jorge_fernandez3 1 Posted June 22, 2014 I was impressed by the idea and could not put words to explained the symbolisms, then Michael Linder clear that up for me, "ordinary human being in a commercialized and mechanized society". Another added some have little and others need a truck to move their money! You are the best! Warm regards. Link to comment

Cheers to that Pozdrav PDE Link to comment
color 3 Posted June 22, 2014 I work for a charity that feeds people. The most effective way to help the charity is to give them money. It seems crude perhaps, but it's true, and nobody gets paid a lot where I work, including me. Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 264 Posted June 22, 2014 Thank you Chuck, My intention wasn't to do mockery of the charity organizations and their activities, others said that! You see, I already learned that they need money and my friend gives them a lot of money!Cheers to that PDE Link to comment
