You never know, . . . maybe they "bundled" and that connection also includes Telephone & Internet in addition to the Cable TV!

 

I'm not being insensitive either.

 

When I lived on the island of Guam in the Marianas in the mid 70's much of the local population were still living in Bamboo huts or structures constructed from WWII leftovers.

All the Guamanians or Chamorro's were wealthy people. It was not uncommon to see a Bamboo house with a Console Television, large Stereo and a Microwave Oven visible when you walked by. For them anyway, it was their choice.

 

I do like your photograph! The details are very nice as is the lighting.

Very good documentary!
