Not Here 93 Posted June 19, 2014 Excellent! The disturbed water, the wing positions, the open beak and the intense stare take me to the center of the action... Mike Link to comment
dgv 1 Posted June 19, 2014 Thanks for looking. There is something very expressive and funny, at the same time, about the black nosed seagulls..I am glad you like the picture. Regards. Link to comment
dgv 1 Posted June 19, 2014 Having jumped in the water the coot swam away for a while followed by the screeching, aggressive seagull. (click the right arrow to see the previous picture). Fed up with his screams the coot dived and this is the moment my camera caught that you see above..:-). Thank for looking and commenting. Link to comment
richard hans 0 Posted June 19, 2014 Dimitris, another fabulous capture just interesting how you makes the eye & beak so sharp and clear , great point of the view for bird's shot in my opinion. the light, contrast, composition are wonderful also. love it! Congr. Link to comment
dgv 1 Posted June 20, 2014 Thank you very much my friend. I sharpened it a little using the high pass mask and although the photo is cropped significantly the light helped a lot...you also have to be lucky:-). Link to comment
