Lovely "street photography".  You captured the love in her hands, arms and face.  And the security of the child is evident on his face.  The DOF is enough to get a sense of the living space while still be shallow.

Thank you kindly!These are scans off old prints from my time in Indonesia some twenty years ago;I hope to get a better scanner as I have quite a few of these waiting their turn for the digital transformation.

This scan looks good to me with good color, sharpness and detail.  The quality of the light is just right to provide a soft light and a bit of highlight for a nice 3-D rendering of their facial features.  Mother and child have almost identical expressions--one of relaxed caution.  Good use of space and overall fine image.

Thank you for looking in and for the kind appreciation.As I noted to Holger above,this is a scan off a small print in mat finish;guess I avoided the effects of the harsh midday light as this was amidst some high trees.
