Certainly good technique and the capture of the girls is quite nice ... but the group behind and to the right is very distractive and doesn't contribute to the composition or mood ... particularly with all of their focus elsewhere and backs to the camera all of which contributes to a disjointed composition and too distinct to the bride and party.  Perhaps a more shallow DOF or crop might help.  Just worried that the crop would result in too narrow of a shot.  Just my 2c ... :-)

Whoops!  Guess I now understand from the group title ... you really have little control.  LOL.  

BTW ... I once shot a wedding out of necessity for the wedding of a son of some friends ... and I REALLY appreciate your view.  Never again ... except in my case, the photographer's wife was in intensive care from an accident the evening before ... and I really had little choice.  The groom's older sister stepped in and was the organizer / assistant for all the standard shots ... couldn't have done it without her assistance.

Nice shot, interesting moment and technically speaking amazing gear performance for 3200 ISO.
