Jim_Dockery_Photos 2 Posted June 9, 2014 No good sunrise clouds, or reflections due to ice on the lake, got me down low to work the ice with my wide angle. Link to comment
benjamin_kim 0 Posted June 10, 2014 A lovely shot. I like the endless detail and depth of field. Only comment is that the horizon looks tilted to the right by between 0.5 to 1 deg. Easy fix in photoshop. Link to comment
Daniel Álamo 0 Posted June 10, 2014 Hi Jim,A lovely one from you. I love how the snow work on it. You thought in a good option with the wide-angle when clouds and/or nice light aren't.I considerer the blueish hue a good option mainly with the snow. A nit here is about Rainier which is not completely centered. And about tilted or not, I don't know; but it causes me tension. Maybe a few of contrast in the mountain would work better. Always MHO. It has a pretty cast to film, it is? 5.5/7 Link to comment
Jim_Dockery_Photos 2 Posted June 12, 2014 Thanks for the comments guys. I see the tilt, and thought about rotating, but the ultra wide lens distorts things such that that will turn the trees (hard to see in this small version). I'll give it a shot anywho to see how it looks. Link to comment
