Its just too blown out in the centre, all the detail has gone, i know the look you are aiming for, but for me its just not quite right, the face, the eyes, the hair all very good, the dress from her left hand to the shoulder is too bright

Colin McLatchie LRPS is concerned about the blown out areas and so am I.  Here is an upload of your original and my adjustment in photoshop for your consideration.  If I were to put meaning to your original it would be that she is at the beginning of de-materializing from her earthly form so as to enter a "spirit of light" being that of an angel.

As others have remarked the highlights are a little too blown out, I appreciate you are trying to achieve a high key effect but this is a little too far.

I wouldn't change a thing. Beautiful model, and I love the way she looks.
