Wow! This photo just plain sings - gives the viewer the real red carpet treatment! The colors are wonderful, but the curved leading lines keep me looking and looking. Love the way the angels lead the eye up and out, but the curve of the yellow ceiling draws the eye back into the frame.

There is only thing I would change, and that is the very white blown out area at the back. The red carpet  just stops, almost unnaturally. A second photo exposed for that bright area and layered in would really complete the picture in a natural way. The light area beneath the stairs is fine and does not distract or confuse the eye, perhaps because it is partly out of the frame and because it does not occupy an important space in the picture.
