M_Lipakis 3 Posted June 3, 2014 A really creative use of fractalious (or whatever other filter you may be using). You do master it by knowing every time the exact aesthetic result you want.Bravo, keep shooting. Link to comment

hstelljes 41 Posted June 3, 2014 The bee looks as though it will become a victim of the black hooks of the flower Radu, just my imagination. Beautiful and colorful but in a subtle way. A well presented image as always my friend.Best,Holger Link to comment

M_Lipakis 3 Posted June 4, 2014 See, that's exactly what i meant. You start PP based on a good image. Most people use PP just to cover up a failed shot and they end up using Photoshop as their alibi to their failures. Link to comment
krpradu 125 Posted June 4, 2014 Michail,I am delight to see that you came back to see this flower and is true what you said about filter I used,is fractalius. At the beginning(few years ago)I discover it and tried different effects with it,usually I work from fractalius with glow100 and in time I saw that some shapes, colors change so well with it,not all flowers or insects will be looking good with this filter. After few hundreds worked my pleasure is to do just part of subject(part that will have maximum visual effect with fractal) and keep sharp and clear the rest of composition, usually main one.For this filter my conclusion is that must select very well what we want to change,to have optimum shape and light, color and after play with filter.all my best to you and good light for more excellent photos to be Link to comment
