guillelobera 0 Posted June 3, 2014 Frías is a historic medieval town on a hill above the river Ebro in the northern part of the province of Burgos. This town has the impressive castle of the Frías Dukes (12th-15th century) dominating the river. It is considered to be the smallest "city" in Spain, having been given that title in 1435.
