A KIND OF TRANSPARENCY

The hand reaches for a union, yet she turns away. is the look one of uncertainty or is it too involved already. We don't know from this picture nor should we ever. We have secrets in our youth not just from each other but even from ourselves, questions that sometimes resurface years later when the answer is too late to find.

There is a scene in an old James Dean movie where he regrets that he can no longer tell his father how he felt. Life is lonely filled with solitude and what we can and cannot share, but some memories and feelings  last forever. What a gorgeous young couple and a wonderful photo too.

I like this shoot, the selective focus and the sharpness on his Eye together with the high contrast and their pose create a good "dynamic" mood in the shoot. great work.

We, the adults with a severe lack of memory, believe that our emotional life started with the adolescence, or with our first adult killer love. But indeed our feelings are a turbulent wind blowing across our life from our first step in vertical position. This unforgettable pair of gnomes are the example of what I want to mean, how old are they in the picture? 11, perhaps 12, nevertheless they are under the unexplainable force of the heart, trying to read a mystery, the deep changes in their lives that they can't understand because has no explanation. Life is life, life is an illusion. For me, this is the value of a testimony like this, I mean, this photo is a glimpse of the long road they started to walk. Thanks a lot my friend.
