Well, Michael, you certainly have an eye. Not often do we see something original here. In my opinion, though, I think you should use a little bit less of the HDR effect and let the image speak for itself. 6/7 from me.

I like the way the rusty bits stand out against the metallic blues and greys of the fencing, matched by the colour of the sky. I wouldn't mind seeing it in B&W, too ...
