I don't know how you managed to take this shot. It is graphically superb! The synchronisation, the timing, the risk and the beauty are just sublime.

Actually they perform this specific "dance" when they are 2 or even more Kilometers away from the spectators and my guess is that the human eye compresses distances (just like my tele-lense does), so they may be more than 100 behind each other when they start winding their traces. But even so it requires hell of a training and nerves to carry out an air show like this one.
